The villa is split over three levels. There are seven bedrooms, four with en suite bathrooms, plus two family bathrooms. Two full kitchens with dishwashers, two comfortable lounge/dining rooms with English TV, a cool naya overlooking the pool with panaramic views & is furnished & equipped to a high standard. Air conditioning throughout the property. The master bedroom is on the top floor & has its own private balcony which gives you views across Javea.
The outside has been well designed as it caters for outside living with ease. Its spacious BBQ & dining area allow you to soak up all the delights of Spanish food & weather, there is an open air shower cubicle, an outside toilet, table tennis table & of course the option of just relaxing on a sunbed by the heated swimming pool.

General
The villa is fairly new built approx. 6 years ago. There is full gas central heating & is fully air conditioned.
Kitchen
There are two kitchens (the main kitchen has an attached laundry room)....both come equipped with granite worktops throughout a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor & microwave. Kitchen 1. has a range style gas hob/electric oven. Kitchen 2. has a gas hob fitted into the worktop.
Livingroom
The lounge is very cosy with laminate flooring, a decorative fire place, two sofas & English TV
Bathroom
There are four ensuites & two family bathrooms split across the three levels of the house
Bedrooms
The villa boasts seven bedrooms....five bedrooms being twin rooms & two bedrooms having double beds
Entertainment
The owners have chosen to bring a bit of competition to a holiday by purchasing a mobile table tennis table which can easily fold away. There is also English television.
Outside
There is a BBQ area, dining area, heated swimming pool with sunbeds, outside shower cubicle, outside toilet, table tennis table, a lovely pond area with fish & the amazing overhead vine marquee
